LICENSE PLATE BLOCKER SPRAY

TESTIMONIALS

Hi Joe,

Just wanna let you know of the result of me almost getting caught by a traffic-camera even though I was using the PhotoBlocker... I wrote to you awhile ago telling you that I got a ticket. You asked for a copy of it. Well, I never got it. I don't know if you are aware of it, but in Norway, they use a lot of digital cameras with flash alongside the roads. These cameras operate in such a way that you can fool it with PhotoBlocker spray.

I'll explain more. First, what happened to my ticket? They mailed me the ticket, noting that I could come down to the station and check. I did. They had this huge machine that showed the black & white picture of the front of the car. The plate was all white. It was amazing it was all overexposes just the way PhotoBlocker claims. "So, there's no number on the plate - how do you know it's my car?", I said.. "Oh", the female cop said. "Check this!" She turned a knob, and slowly the picture got darker until you could somewhat make out the characters on the tag... "Shit!",I said silently to myself... "But you still can’t tell what the numbers are. That one could be an “8” or “0”" and the other one, it cold be a “B” or a “D”.” I said. "You can’t do that. You can’t doctor the image. You are tampering with evidence. That is not admissible in the court of law.” I added. She was dumfounded. I could tell she was totally caught by surprise. "I will have to get my supervisors.” she said looking at me with disgust. "You better! I replied”, confident that she didn't know what to do. I knew I was on to something. My brain was working overtime. I knew they could not tamper with the picture. All they did is make it blurry enough to guess what the characters could be. I knew I could beat them in court if they dared to fine me. After a while she came back from the back office and she said “You don’t have to pay for it today. We will investigate and get back to you with a decision.” She said. I new I had made it.Long story, but it’s been six months and I haven't heard anything more from her, so I guess I'm off the hook. I figured they dropped the charges. So, the point is:Photoblocker did what it was supposed to do. It over exposed the image to the point where it was white. The argument that you could look at the negative of an overexposed image and read the tag number is bogus. The inverse of an overexposed white blob is a black blob and vice versa. Besides, they can not ‘TAMPER WITH EVIDENSE’. It won’t stand in court. They know that and now we know it. Thanks guys. You have earned a loyal customer. Keep up the good work.
Just to let you know.

Best Regards
Ivan, Norway

I encourage everyone to use PhotoBlocker Spray and products like it. I have personal experience that faulty cameras can issue uncalled for tickets. I’ll be happy when the red-light cameras disappear permanently from every intersection in North Carolina.

Fair studies show that any gains in safety can be attributed to longer duration yellow lights rather than the cameras. Worse, the entire program is a profit-making venture involving deals between our government and a private contractor that creates incentives to issue more citations than is justifiable.

I bought this for my husband and he loved it. We just were able to get this product in the UK and it works. I bought 20 can from a dealer here because my husband runs a mobile maid service and would get photo ticket at least 3-4 times a month, then he would have to find out who was driving... when and try to prove it was the employee to dock their pay.
He applied to all 113 cars WITHOUT telling the Maids... he has not received a ticket in over 3 months. He does not want the people to drive reckless but it has saved him a lot of time and money.

Red-light cameras, speed cameras etc… have nothing to do with safety. If the intersections where the cameras are located are so dangerous, why have the cities not done anything further to reduce the danger? The red-light camera was not a solution to the problem. The problem is the drivers that the police are not seeking to remove from the road.

Protect yourself. The decks are stacked against you. Thanks PhotoBlocker for giving us a fighting chance. I wish you all the best.

Seeing red
By Tom W.
Walking away from the Carol Miller Justice Center, I thought they should take the third word out of the name. I had just seen: a law-enforcement officer practice law without a license, a defendant unable to get discovery evidence for his defense, and a refusal by the judge to allow the defendant to see all the evidence against him. Beyond that, I saw a judge treat the obviously overmatched defendant with a condescending attitude. In one respect, it would appear to be only a red-light-camera case. A ticket. But this is a criminal matter with a huge fine ($351!) and points tacked onto your record, and that leads to a bigger car-insurance bill. But, more importantly, the traffic court is where the majority of people come in contact with the justice system, and to see this kind of steamroller in operation would shake anyone’s confidence in the entire system. (See “Red light, green cash.”) Sitting where the prosecutor should be, and looking like a prosecutor, was a highway patrolman essentially prosecuting the case. He was trained by the red-light-camera company and gave expert testimony by rote. The judge even asked if the officer would like to give closing arguments. There is no district attorney to ask for discovery evidence; the district attorney tells defendants to get it from the law-enforcement agency, which in this case ignored the defendant’s request. When the defendant called out, “Objection,” during the officer’s testimony, the judge ignored the objection and then told the defendant to hold it until later, which defeats the purpose of the objection--to stop evidence from going on the record. When the defendant asked for records regarding the camera, which the officer was testifying about, the judge told the defendant he should have subpoenaed the company before trial. When the nervous defendant would make a mistake in questioning, or a simple misstatement, both the judge and the prosecutor--excuse me, the officer--would look annoyed and roll their eyes.
This outrageous system is meant to expedite trials. It sure made me come to a quick conclusion about the word “Justice” in the name of the building.

I have tested PhotoBlocker on my own car. The first time, I ran one camera (in safe conditions) and received no ticket after 3 months. I then ran another 2 cameras to be sure, and again, after 2 months, no ticket. On all three occasions, the cameras were detected by the Beat radar detector (which means that they were switched on) and they flashed.

Before I bought the photoblocker spray I received 3 speeding ticket in less than 2 months. After I applied photoblocker spray never got one. I remember several instances where the camera flashed behind me and still didn’t get any tickets.

Although up until the 8th September 2004 I was receiving frequent fines by mail, I have not received one since I applied Photoblocker to my number plates! Good luck with an excellent product.

Product was easy to apply on both my front and back plates. After 6 months of use it appears to have withstood the elements with no problem.
I can confirm 3 times when I have had pictures taken of me by speed trap cameras and to date have received NO fines in the post.
The first instance was the infamous Heidelberg camera's on the N3 highway to Durban 3 months ago and the last incident was a laser camera mounted on a bridge on the M1 highway near Wits University this incident was 2 months ago.

My family received up to $1500 fine just in red light cameras. After buying the photoblocker spray from phantomplate.com, I was able to spray all of my families car with 3 cans. We haven’t seen any tickets since then.

I recently sprayed Photoblocker on my car before taking a trip to Durban. For only R380, I thought it was well worth saving myself the exposure of fines which could reach the thousands. It went on quite easy. During my trip, on the stretch of road from Pietermaritzburg to Durban, I twice got ‘flashed’ by cameras installed on the side of the motorway. This is aside from the ones which I did not spot. The first time I was doing about 60 to 40. That was four months ago, and I have yet to see a fine. Well done, what an excellent product !

It would help if there were many more signs indicating the limit for that particular stretch half the time you can travel several semi-rural miles without knowing whether you’re in a 30, 40 or 50 zone!! So without even knowing the exact speed limit is you get panelized for going 5 miles above the speed limit. I am not the speeding type but I feel confident and comfortable for using the Photoblocker spray.

I have a problem when a machine decides my violation and the human element is removed. I have a problem companies getting about half of the revenue generated from these machines. What a waste! You could pay an officer to patrol for cheaper, and they would use discretion in writing you a ticket. Instead of complaining about it I started using the photoblocker spray to protect my plates.
